SPRING 2024 Registration is OPEN! Our program at Montopolis Recreation Center provides a place for girls to get physically fit and be a part of a community in a safe, unique and fun environment. Students will shadow box, hit heavy bags, work on focus mitts, and improve their footwork, coordination and conditioning.
